Destitute Home:
Destitute Home also called as “Subhani Home”, is a home for the mentally ill destitute, for orphans and runaways. That home is in the Lahore. About Three Hundred Fifty Five persons live in Subhani Home. A destitute or homeless becomes a member of Mr. Humayoun Rasheed Subhani`s family once he enters its premises. All boarding, lodging, clothing, and logistic arrangements are entirely free. If a person dies within this home, the burial arrangements are made by the Foundation. In Subhani Home, there is a team of specialists to deal with particular problems of the residents. It is supported by a small staff. The residents are encouraged and trained to look after their personal needs themselves. This inculcates in them the spirit of self-help, and keeps them engaged in beneficial activities. In-charge of one of the Subhani Home for the orphans and runaways, says” Encouraging children to do their own work gives them self-respect and makes them feel that the benefits they get in return are not charity but reward for their efforts”.

Women’s Vocational Training Centre
In this centre women are trained in stitching, knitting and embroidery. After acquiring these skills they should be able to earn a living and provide for their children in times of need. For the time being, this centre is operating in a room adjacent to the Subhani Home building. In future, we aim to construct a separate building for this centre. Our plan is to provide training in computer skills and other technical fields in addition to handicraft art.

FREE MEDICAL DISPENSERY
Under the supervision of Senior Doctor, Female and children specialists, poor they almost helpless, destitute to people with unpaid medical inspection and given free medicines.
Until now, hundreds of people are benefiting.

Management Style:
Management and spending of funding for varied social welfare based divisions, is controlled by Humayoun Rasheed Subhani with his team (Senior Civil Employees) (Rtd) his team members are personally handling all finance related operations of Subhani Foundation under the supervision of Mr. Humayoun Rasheed.  He is playing their role to collect the national and international funding. Mr. Humayoun Rasheed very much prefers and making surprise visits to check various Subhani centers daily basis.
